SHIPPING
The cost of delivery will be stated at checkout and is based on location. The only exception to this is for the large table *. After the order is placed I will begin working to completion within the estimated lead time. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipment time is determined by size, with larger items requiring more time to properly and safely prepare them for travel. The approximate timelines is between 1-3 weeks.
*Note that shipping ranges listed are estimates. If you live in a remote area, including islands, shipping estimate may be longer. Remote service areas may be subject to additional shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customer is responsible for duties and taxes and will be notified of final charges immediately as they are assessed. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import. If you are in need of special shipping instructions or a specific time frame, please contact me directly at cody@cementist.com
AVAILABILITY
The estimated production or lead time for each product is listed on the product page. Lead times are “best estimate” and may change depending on the weather and ‘acts of god’, please understand if there are unexpected delays.

Delivered and assembled by me personally. I am only able to deliver within California at the moment. Special arrangements can be made for orders outside or within the continental United States.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final as each piece is made to order. If damaged upon arrival please email cody@cementist.com with the subject line “damage” within 3 days. Please attach a photo of the damaged item. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier directly.
EXCHANGES
Concrete is in many ways a natural product, like a bird nest. Each casting and subsequent polishing produces a unique object with slight deviations from the mean, approximated by the pictures. Due to this I am unable to offer exchanges.
